Apex Receipt — petty cash voucher prototypes

Four divergent directions. Each is fully interactive: role toggle (Employee / Admin), create → submit → mark paid, localStorage persistence. Same business rules, different UI/UX.

Prototype 1
Classic — Digital Paper
A faithful digital version of your current paper voucher: paper card on dark chrome, ruled table, red PAID stamp. Zero relearning for staff.
Prototype 2
Glass — Mobile PWA
Dark glassmorphism phone-app feel, Apex design-system style. All actions in the bottom bar, bottom-sheet line entry, hold-to-confirm Mark Paid.
Prototype 3
Ledger — Fintech Timeline
Bank-statement style: one chronological ledger grouped by day, big outstanding-balance hero, quick line capture. Typography-driven, no boxes.
Prototype 4
Board — Approval Command Center
Admin cockpit: kanban columns Draft → Submitted → Paid with drag to pay, KPI tiles, ageing chips, board ⇄ table toggle.
Prototype 5
Aurora — Modern Motion
Drifting aurora gradients, staggered reveals, count-up totals, animated Mark-Paid sweep. Rich motion, deliberately simple 3-screen flow.
Prototype 7 — Final Direction
Fusion — Board + Analytics + Motion
The chosen combination: P4's Draft/Submitted/Paid board (collapsible groups on phone), daily & monthly paid charts for admin, and the P5/P6 motion — staggered reveals, count-up totals, PAID stamp slam.
Prototype 8 — Settlement Variant
Settle — Approve + Running Balance
Prototype 7 evolved for real cash flow: admin manually APPROVES each reviewed voucher, then pays round sums per employee — the app allocates oldest-first, auto-moves fully covered vouchers to Paid, tracks part-payments and each employee's pending balance.
Prototype 6
Kinetic — Editorial Stamp
Bold editorial type, card-to-detail morph, red PAID stamp that slams down with a shake. High-contrast personality, same simple 3-screen flow.
